Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern all orders, services, and use of the Shyem website. Please read them carefully before placing an order. For questions, contact us at wesew.kg@gmail.com.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Shyem website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and corporate accounts.
Orders & acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Shyem LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive a written order confirmation from us. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per product and are agreed individually with each client.
Pricing & payment
All prices are quoted in Kyrgyz som (KGS) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and delivery unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Payment terms for corporate accounts are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and approved purchase orders.
Production & delivery
Lead times begin from the date of order confirmation and approved artwork sign-off. Standard production is 10–25 business days depending on volume and branding complexity. Rush orders may be available at additional cost. Shyem delivers across Bishkek and all regions of Kyrgyzstan, and by arrangement ships to EAEU countries and abroad via freight partners. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
Custom & branded orders
For orders involving custom embroidery, screen-printing, or branded labelling, the customer is responsible for providing print-ready artwork files. Shyem will provide a digital proof and an approval sample before production begins. Production will not start until written approval is received. No changes can be made after approval.
Returns & defects
Custom and branded orders are non-returnable unless the goods are defective or materially different from what was agreed. Claims for defective goods must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Shyem will, at its discretion, replace defective items or issue a credit note. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
Intellectual property
All content on the Shyem website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of Shyem LLC and protected by copyright. By submitting artwork or logos for production, you confirm you have the right to use them and indemnify Shyem against any third-party claims arising from their use.
Limitation of liability
Shyem's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
